Registered capital requirements

Limited liability company subscription does not need actual account, limited liability company registered capital €3000+, joint stock company registered capital €60000+, are not capped.

Provide registration materials

（1）If the shareholder is a company, the shareholder's business license, the copy of the articles of association + English translation, and the letter of authorization are required to do the Hague certification; If the shareholder is an individual, it needs a legal person's passport and a letter of authorization to do the haiya certification.

（2）Spanish company legal person and shareholder information, passport or ID card;  

（3）Business scope of the Spanish company;

（4）5 options for Spanish company name;

（5）Spanish company address (need to rent the company address additional charge).

Material notarization requirements

According to the requirements of Spain for the country of residence, for example, mainland residents need to do double authentication, and Hong Kong residents need to do Hague authentication.

1，Or in the country of residence for a notarization of power of attorney, and passport copy as the original notarization (translated into Spanish + double authentication/Hague authentication *) sent the original to our company, our company agent. If there are more than 1 shareholders, each shareholder shall do notarization separately; About 7 working days after receiving the original notarial certificate.

2. Or I shall transact the power of attorney in Spanish (we will provide the sample of the power of attorney) and the full copy of the passport to be notarized in accordance with the original (translated into Spanish + double authentication/Hague authentication *) at the Spanish embassy/consulate in the country of my residence and mail the original to our company, for our agency. If there are more than 1 shareholders, each shareholder should do the notarization separately. About 7 working days after receiving the original notarial certificate.
